Warranty Policy

All Honolulu Jewelry Company merchandise has a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

Return Policy

We will offer a full refund for purchased merchandise, less any applicable shipping fees, for products returned in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Purchases made from October 30th and December 25th, may be returned through January 8 of the following year or 30 days from the purchase date. Qualified returns must include original boxes, warranties, and sales receipts. All sales are final on special orders, personalized and/or engraved merchandise. Jewelry should be returned to:
