All Honolulu Jewelry Company merchandise has a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Return Policy
We will offer a full refund for purchased merchandise, less any applicable shipping and handling fees, for products returned in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Qualified returns must include original boxes, warranties, and sales receipts. All sales are final on special orders, personalized and/or engraved merchandise. Shipping Policy
Shipping rates for amounts over $200
FedEx 2nd Day Air: Free, please allow 3 business days for locations east of Nevada FedEx Next Day Air: $15, please allow 2 business days for locations west of Nevada.
USPS
(United States Postal Service) shipping will apply for addresses outside FedEx delivery area and P.O. boxes at the same fee rate and delivery time.
International
Registered USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping will apply for addresses outside the 50 states. U.S. territories, APO, FPO, and international addresses will cost $25 regardless of amount.
