Return eligible items in sellable condition within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Holiday purchases (Oct 30–Dec 25) may be returned through Jan 8 or 30 days, whichever is later. Items must include original packaging and receipt. Special orders, personalized, and engraved items are final sale.

All items are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty excludes normal wear, damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
