Return Policy
We offer a full refund on eligible merchandise returned in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase, less any applicable shipping fees.
Purchases made between October 30 and December 25 may be returned through January 8 of the following year, or within 30 days of the purchase date—whichever is later.
To qualify for a return, items must include all original packaging, boxes, warranties, and the sales receipt.
Please note that all sales are final on special orders, personalized items, and engraved merchandise.
Jewelry returns should be sent to the address listed on the invoice.
Warranty Policy
All Honolulu Jewelry Company merchandise is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
